We are opening our own division of ARC Trade & Construction and therefore require our own “In House” Contracts Manager to be based in our current “Head Office” at Sleaford.
Do you have what it takes? This is an excellent opportunity to help grow the ARC Branding and different group of companies it currently owns including ARC Broker Services, Core Haulage, along with Claims & Risk Management.
You will be responsible for overseeing the completion of an organisation’s projects on time and within the allocated budget, this will also include working with Insurance Companies. You will be the first point of contact for members of your project team and ensuring that all health and safety on site is adhered to.
I would expect the right candidate to negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors and in return for the right candidate there will be an excellent salary/bonus offering, pension scheme and working towards becoming a shareholder within the Business itself.

* Confidence on the telephone
* Good Understanding of English Language
* Confident (but not arrogant) Personality
* Smart Appearance
* Connections to various different trade persons would be advantageous
* Previous Experience however for the right candidate, I am willing to invest in training etc.
