Our anger management course starts by differentiating between stress and eustress and teaching you the Triple “A” Approach; Alter, Avoid, and Accept. We then go in-depth into how you can use the triple “A” approach along with the various environmental and physical relaxation techniques and how you can create a stress-free lifestyle. You will also learn how you can use routines to reduce stress, how you can cope with major events, and knowing when to ask for help.
Moreover, once done with stress, we will focus on managing anger. You will first understand the cycle of anger, common myths about anger, the Do’s and Don’ts, how you can gain control, deal with angry people, separate the people from the problem, work on the problem and solve it with ease. Besides, we will provide you a final overview, a personal plan, and a challenge that will help you grow into a better version of yourself if you complete it.
